Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving consistent student enrolments, forging institutional partnerships, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s market presence. This role requires strong strategic planning, execution capability, institutional relationship management, and data-driven decision-making. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for partner institutions throughout the tenure of signed MoUs and will play a critical role in revenue generation and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
A. Enrolment & Revenue Growth
· Achieve monthly enrolment targets through multi-channel marketing strategies.
· Own the full funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring visibility on KPIs.
· Track and report all enrolments tied to individual performance for variable compensation.
B. Institutional Partnerships (MoUs)
· Identify and onboard colleges and academic institutions for collaboration.
· Negotiate and finalize MoUs, owning the full partnership lifecycle.
· Act as the POC for partner institutions and ensure smooth execution of academic and promotional activities.
Preferred Qualifications
· 3–8 years of experience in marketing, business development, or institutional sales (edtech preferred).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing channels.
· Ability to travel for campus events and partnership activities.
