Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. Key responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, training team members, and meeting revenue targets. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and account management
- Experience with client relationship management and ability to build long-term business partnerships
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Experience in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
