Job Purpose
The Sales and Success Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of the FastCast platform in India. This person will identify new leads, reach out to clients, and sell our SaaS based casting platform. Beyond initial acquisition, this role plays an important part in the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring the seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction of clients using FastCast. Serving as a highly visible and professional ambassador for the brand across the Entertainment Industry, their goal is to build deep trust, maintain excellent rapport with clients, and help them fully leverage our casting platform.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell FastCast by identifying new leads, nurturing assigned leads, and closing new business.
- Initiate outreach to leads via email and phone calls using designated templates and scripts, personalising and optimising those templates as needed.
- Run live product demos for leads using video conference software, answering questions and supplying supplemental sales and marketing materials as needed.
- Convert leads to wins by ensuring the lead creates an account on FastCast.
- Document leads’ unique goals and business needs in our CRM software to enable relevant post-win support and account management.
- Collaborate with Support, Client Success and Marketing to identify new lead generation opportunities, improve sales and marketing materials and processes, and ensure a smooth handoff of each account from Sales to Client Success.
- Travel to different parts of the country as needed for generating new business, pitching to regional production houses, and exploring partnership opportunities.
- Actively participate in and integrate into networking groups within the Indian entertainment industry to build brand awareness and source leads.
- Maintain a great rapport with clients and prospects, demonstrating exceptional relationship management skills to ensure long-term trust and loyalty.
- Present a highly polished, professional, and presentable image at all times, whether pitching at client offices, attending industry mixers, or conducting virtual demonstrations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the Entertainment industry
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to B2B customers
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to network and connect with stakeholders in the entertainment industry
- Highly presentable and articulate, with a strong personality presence
- Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically for client meetings and industry events
- Comfortable working with necessary software and platforms (Hubspot, Google workspace, Zoom, etc)
- Strong familiarity with the Indian entertainment industry is highly preferred
- Ability to thrive and deliver in a fast-paced professional environment
- Masters degree is preferred
