Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Pune Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and ensuring customer satisfaction to sustain long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, account management, and client relations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies
- Team leadership and management skills to support achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Relevant industry knowledge or experience in SaaS or workforce management solutions is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
