Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, managing a sales team, meeting performance targets, and conducting market analysis to improve the company's competitiveness. The Sales Manager will act as a key point of contact for clients, effectively communicating solutions and negotiating contracts to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong understanding of Market Analysis and developing Strategic Sales Plans
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve targets
- Demonstrated skills in Financial Planning, Contract Negotiation, and Problem Solving
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with electrical distribution panels and renewable energy solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Rajkot Area and travel as needed
