Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role of Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for managing and leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include strategizing sales plans, executing marketing initiatives, monitoring market trends, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role also involves creating detailed sales reports, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Revenue Growth, and Business Development
- Expertise in Client Relationship Management and Customer Acquisition
- Strong understanding of Market Analysis and Trend Forecasting
- Leadership and Team Management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the consumer goods or retail sector is an advantage
