Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager I located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Manager I will oversee day-to-day sales activities, build and maintain strong relationships with partners, identify business expansion opportunities, and deliver revenue growth. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, driving operational excellence, managing client accounts, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to develop effective client strategies
- Proficient in market analysis, business development, and relationship management
- Demonstrated ability in team collaboration, customer service, and problem solving
- Data-driven decision-making and familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the food delivery, retail, or e-commerce industry is a plus
