Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional with a minimum 3–4 years of experience in the premium interiors or luxury segment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record with HNIs, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to close high-value deals. Key responsibilities include working on generated HNI leads, client consultations, market research, and collaboration with design and project teams. A strong network of architects is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and actively pursue high-potential leads; HNIs and premium clientele, for SUNROOOF’s exclusive offerings.
2. Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value and uniqueness of SUNROOOF.
3. Provide expert-level guidance to clients on design aesthetics, materials, and product customizations aligned with their lifestyle.
4. Work closely with internal design, project, and installation teams.
5. Stay informed on market trends to identify and seize new growth opportunities.
6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and customer feedback.
7. Conduct proactive market research to understand client preferences and uncover untapped niches in the premium segment.
Key Requirements:
- Atleast 4 years of proven sales experience in the premium interiors, or luxury homes space.
- Strong track record of dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and successfully closing large-ticket deals.
- Exceptional English communication skills – written and spoken – with a flair for persuasive presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build deep trust-based relationships with discerning clients.
- Candidates with an active network of architects who can be potential collaborators or referrers are preferred.
- Should have team handling experience.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a dynamic team.
