We are on the lookout for a Sales Manager to lead and grow our industrial B2B sales vertical — especially someone who has worked with hydraulic products, systems or components!
If you have a engineering background + proven success in closing industrial deals, carrying out institutional sales (government, non-government) across India, this could be your next big move.
What we’re looking for:
8–10 years of solid experience in B2B industrial sales (capital goods, engineering products, machinery preferred)
Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Mechatronics / Instrumentation etc.)
Experience selling Hydraulic Products (hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders, power packs, hoses etc.) will be a major advantage
Exceptional communication & presentation skills — ability to present technical solutions confidently to senior stakeholders, engineers & decision-makers
Proven track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets, managing key accounts, channel partners & large-value negotiations
Comfortable with frequent Pan-India travel
Location: Based in Delhi (NCR)
Travel: Pan-India (touring across industrial clusters)
This is a high-visibility role with significant earning potential for someone who can drive revenue in the industrial hydraulics / heavy engineering space.
