Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Tirunelveli. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, sourcing and generating leads, meeting and managing clients, and developing effective strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, crafting compelling proposals, and analyzing sales performance to identify potential improvements and opportunities.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience required.
* Proven proficiency in business planning and formulating strategic growth initiatives.
* Mandatory experience in interior architecture and interior product sales, including modular kitchens, woodwork, wardrobes, furniture, and related segments.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, financial data, and overall business performance.
* Demonstrated expertise in interior product sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
* Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
* Experience in team handling with a strong sales-driven mindset.
* Target-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Experience in brand development and digital marketing strategies.
* Account management experience to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
*Willingness to travel, with strong sales closing capabilities.
