📋 JOB DETAILS
📍 Location — Birhana Road, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
💼 Experience — 1 – 5 Years
💰 Salary — ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / Month + Performance-Based Incentives

✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪️ Counsel and guide prospective students and parents on courses, colleges, and career options offered through Studycups.
▪️ Drive monthly student enrolment targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and consultative selling.
▪️ Generate leads via phone calling, field visits, digital channels, and referral networks.
▪️ Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
▪️ Conduct presentations and information sessions about academic programs and opportunities.
▪️ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth student on-boarding and a seamless experience.
▪️ Maintain and update CRM and lead records accurately on a regular basis.
▪️ Represent Studycups at education fairs, seminars, and community events.
▪️ Report daily and weekly performance metrics to senior management.
🎯 REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
▪️ Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
▪️ Experience: 1–5 years in Sales, Business Development, or Admission Counselling in the Education sector.
▪️ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
▪️ Sales Acumen: Ability to work under targets, handle objections, and close enrolments effectively.
▪️ Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivated, confident, and a collaborative team player.
▪️ Tech Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
