Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and driving sales strategies, mentoring and managing a team of sales personnel, and fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and ensuring superior customer service to enhance satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with the bank branches and leveraging the extensive distribution network for achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales Management and Business Development expertise
- Bachelor’s degree is must
- Fluency in English and Bengali is beneficial.
Location : Kolkata
Experienced candidates from Agency/Defense/IM and other partner distribution model will be an added advantage.
Salary: Fixed plus incentive.
