Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Sholinganallur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals to meet company objectives. The role involves training and mentoring team members, identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer needs are met. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments, track sales metrics, and prepare detailed performance reports to drive growth and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to track performance and plan effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and technologies for business operations and communication
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to align efforts with company goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Previous experience in insurance or a related sector is advantageous but not required
