Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Marketing Manager with strong experience in the Bangalore real estate market. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing activities, with a major focus on digital marketing, lead generation, and property portals
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute overall marketing strategy for residential projects
• Handle digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns for high-quality leads
• Oversee listings and performance on property portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing, etc.)
• Coordinate with agencies for creative design, ad copies, and campaign execution
• Track and improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) & ROI
• Manage landing pages, website updates, and lead funnels
• Work closely with sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion improvement
• Plan and execute offline marketing activities (hoardings, events, site branding, etc.)
• Analyze market trends, competitor campaigns, and customer behavior
• Ensure proper CRM integration and lead tracking
• Generate weekly/monthly marketing performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing (Bangalore preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (must)
• Experience managing property portals & lead generation platforms
• Knowledge of CRM tools, landing pages, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing & lead funnels
• Good coordination skills with internal teams & external agencies
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
