Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process while fostering strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients' requirements are met efficiently. This is a full-time role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area with travels across tje country.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in customer acquisition, client relationship management, and retaining long-term business partnerships
- Experience with B2B sales, account management, and developing sales strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and propose strategic plans
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the packaging or manufacturing industry is necessary and fron FIBC industry background.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
