About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will guide customers through their home-buying journey, from understanding their requirements to conducting property visits and closing deals. You will work with qualified leads generated through Square Yards' CRM and help customers make informed property purchase decisions while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead assignment to booking closure.
- Engage with prospective homebuyers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable residential projects based on customer needs and budget.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and professional service.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 months to 2 years of sales experience.
- Immediate joiners and candidates serving notice are preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Customer-focused, confident, and target-driven.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Must own a two-wheeler for client meetings and property visits.
Compensation
- Fixed CTC: ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA (based on experience).
- Uncapped monthly performance incentives.
