Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include prospecting and building client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

- Experience leading teams, supervising sales processes, and achieving targets
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and insights for driving strategic decisions

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Industry experience in real estate, proptech, or related fields is an advantage
