Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales pipelines, conducting market analysis, and creating strategies to optimize sales performance. The role also involves mentoring and training team members to enhance their performance and meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales processes, including relationship management, lead generation, and closing deals
- Experience in market analysis and strategic planning with a focus on achieving revenue goals
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and motivating sales teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technologies
- Knowledge of the real estate or proptech industry is an advantage
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
