Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will drive business growth by managing and leading a sales team, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include setting targets, analyzing market trends, identifying leads, conducting negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager is also responsible for overseeing sales reporting, mentoring team members, and maintaining a high level of motivation and performance within the team.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Team management and leadership skills to motivate and guide a sales team
- Market analysis and strategic thinking abilities to identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relations
- Proficient in sales reporting and tracking performance metrics
- Previous experience in real estate, proptech, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
