Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will lead sales strategies, drive customer acquisition, manage client relationships, and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, providing solutions to clients, achieving sales targets, and leading a team to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal departments and regular reporting on performance metrics will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including customer acquisition and lead generation experience
- Market trend analysis and client relationship management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and an ability to meet sales targets consistently
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the real estate or proptech domain is a plus
