Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales executives, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing sales reports, and working collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Lead Generation
- Strong knowledge in Market Analysis, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in using Sales Management Software and Tools
- Ability to mentor and lead a team to achieve performance goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
- Result-driven, with excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
