Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Managers / Senior Sales Managers/ AGM for a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. The Manager will sell Plots/ Apartments being part of the sales unit, oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, and work to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, generating leads, conducting market research, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and effectively present ideas.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, including market research and sales strategy development.
- Proven track record in sales, volume selling, including team leadership and target achievement.
- Experience in negotiation and sales closures to close deals successfully.
- Knowledge of real estate or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Fluency in Tamil is an added advantage due to the local market.
