Role:- Sales Manager
Location- Jamshedpur
No. of Experience required- 10 yrs
Purpose of the Role
1. Responsible for achieving daily/weekly / monthly targets as specified by the BM
2. Maintain & follow grooming standards as specified in the SOP Manual
3. Adhere to Enquiry Management & Booking Process as specified in the SOP Manual
4. Responsible for handling enquiries through – Walk-in, Telephonic, Email, City PSA & Travel
Agents
5. Ensure that the customer is provided with complete details about the product & cost
6. Responsible for relationship building and servicing the city PSA & TAs
7. To maintain query turnaround time as per SOP
8. Initiate telesales calls for follow-ups & closure of sales bookings
9. Responsible for coordinating with the service team for the post-sale process
10. Maintain Daily Sales Report
11. Responsible for maintaining their enquiries in a database for future follow-ups and to
regularly send emails on new offers
12. Responsible for maintaining Customer Satisfaction levels @ min 95% during the entire
customer interaction
13. Adhere to company policy and systems
14. Ensure zero monetary losses by cancellation of liabilities and timely collections
15. Ensure minimal risk-related exposure for the organization by doing all necessary due
diligence.
16. Ensure compliance with systems and processes as per audit requirements.
17. Ensuring Business Losses are reduced.
18. Attending to customer escalations and resolving them promptly.
19. Driving Incentive Programs and using them to motivate sellers and improve
productivity
20. Identify new revenue generation opportunities for distribution expansion and ensure
repeat business opportunities
21. Understanding the market and gaining competition insights, and accordingly changing
plans and strategy.
