Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager – Industrial Wires & Cables based in Coimbatore.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
* Driving industrial sales growth and revenue generation
* Developing OEM and industrial customer networks
* Managing key customer accounts and business relationships
* Identifying new business opportunities in industrial sectors
* Coordinating with internal teams for technical and commercial support
* Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
* Leading and supporting the sales team to achieve targets
* Ensuring strong customer satisfaction and long-term business development

Qualifications
* Proven experience in industrial sales, business development, key account management, or B2B sales
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to develop sales strategies and drive market expansion
* Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
* Knowledge of electrical wires, cables, industrial electrical products, or related industries will be an added advantage
* Proactive approach toward problem-solving and achieving business targets
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred

* Experience in industrial/OEM sales in the wires & cables industry
* Existing network with OEMs, panel builders, automation companies, and industrial customers across South India
* Good knowledge of industrial wires & cables and related applications
* Comfortable with field visits, customer meetings, and business development
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-driven, professional, and target-oriented mindset
* Ability to represent Sonali Wires LLP professionally in industrial markets
