Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Jodhpur. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, build and nurture client relationships, meet sales targets, and lead a team to drive business growth. The role includes identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain a competitive edge in the renewable energy market.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Tracking, and Leadership Development
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
- Ability to meet sales targets and handle customer inquiries effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and financing models is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in sales or related roles, especially in the energy sector
