Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located Tuticorin/Vizag. The Sales Manager will manage client relationships, develop and execute sales strategies, and achieve sales targets for key agricultural products. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure efficient service delivery to clients. The role also involves forecasting sales performance, preparing reports, and representing SolAgri at business events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with experience in client relationship management
- Knowledge of agricultural commodities and international trade processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in market analysis and forecasting
- Experience with logistics coordination and procurement processes is a plus
- Familiarity with export regulations and international trading practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
