Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including identifying opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and achieving targets
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and basic understanding of data analysis related to market trends
- Knowledge of the furniture and home décor industry or similar markets, is an advantage
- Proficiency in English would be highly preferred
- Proven experience in a sales management or supervisory role
