Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, devising sales strategies, and cultivating long-term client relationships. The individual will handle lead generation, participate in client meetings, negotiate contracts, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance. The role will require frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
- Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
- Leadership ability with experience in Team Management and Performance Tracking
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
