Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will spearhead sales strategies, manage client relationships, drive revenue targets, and explore new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, developing sales presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking sales performance. The Sales Manager will also oversee market research to identify potential growth opportunities and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Planning, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of market research and data-driven decision-making
- Effective in team collaboration and cross-departmental coordination
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales reporting tools, and general business software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the FMCG or snack industry will be considered an advantage
