Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bihar, India, for a Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to achieve targets, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include overseeing a sales team, tracking sales goals, and analyzing performance data. The Sales Manager will also engage in market research, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to expand the company's market presence and brand recognition.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development.
- Experience in analyzing market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation to establish and maintain strong client partnerships.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including performance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and regional languages, as well as familiarity with the local market, is desirable.
