🎯 About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager who can own the entire revenue engine — from lead to enrollment.
This is not a typical manager role.
You will be:
- A leader

⚡ What You’ll Own🔹 Team Leadership
- Manage & scale a team of Career Counsellors + BDEs (5+)
- Train team on consultative selling & student psychology
- Improve team conversion and call quality
🔹 Funnel Ownership
- Handle end-to-end sales funnel
- Improve:
- Lead → Call → Demo → Enrollment flow
- Optimize conversion rates & revenue
📌 Target benchmark:
🔹 Sales & Closing
- Take high-intent closing calls
- Handle students + parents conversations
- Drive revenue through ethical, consultative selling
🔹 CRM & Process
- Manage CRM (tracking, follow-ups, pipeline hygiene)
- Ensure speed-to-lead (<5 mins response) for higher conversion
- Build scalable processes for growth
🔹 Hiring & Training
- Hire and onboard sales team
- Build repeatable sales playbooks
- Train team on frameworks like:
- SPIN
- CHAMP
- Consultative counselling
🧠 Who You Are
- 1+ year experience in EdTech / B2C sales
- Strong in:
- Counselling-based selling
- Team handling
- Closing high-ticket deals
- CRM & funnel management
- You don’t “pitch” — you diagnose & guide
- You can handle students + parents confidently
- You think like a business owner, not an employee
💰Compensation
- ₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA (Fixed)
- High performance incentives

Job Details
- Location: Agra (On-site)
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Leave: 1 weekly off + 1 casual leave/month
- Joining: Immediate / Max 15 days notice
