Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will focus on developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing client relationships, leading a sales team, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role also involves conducting market analysis and providing regular performance reports to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Growth strategies
- Ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of market analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with strong time management
- Prior experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
