Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales presentations, and monitoring market trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a sales team
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Data Analysis and Market Research capabilities to identify new opportunities and optimize sales operations
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and an understanding of technology-driven business solutions is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in Security, Facility Management, or Cash Logistics industries is preferred but not mandatory
