Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in corporate sales and business development within hospitality, catering, luxury events, or related sectors. The candidate will be responsible for generating corporate leads, building long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding Single Thread’s presence across corporate and premium event segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Generate leads for corporate events, conferences, brand launches, private dining, and premium catering projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, admin teams, event agencies, and corporate decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure excellent client servicing and post-event relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in corporate sales, hospitality sales, catering sales, luxury events, or business development.
- Strong network within corporate sectors and event industries preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client acquisition.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Based in Bengaluru.
