* We're Hiring: Sales Manager - Institutional Sales (EdTech)
At Simplifying Skills, we're transforming how students learn, build skills, and plan their careers. From experiential learning to NEP-aligned programs, we empower learners from Class 1 to college to succeed in academics, careers, and life.
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager (8+ years) to drive institutional partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities. This role offers end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle.
* What you'll do:
→ Build strong relationships with Principals, Deans, Directors, and Trustees
Present NEP-aligned programs, skill development
solutions, and psychometric assessments
Own the sales lifecycle: prospecting → proposals →
negotiations → closures
Achieve and exceed revenue targets Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Represent Simplifying Skills at education conferences
and events
• What we're looking for:
8+ years in B2B/Institutional Sales (EdTech/Education preferred)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of the education ecosystem and NEP framework
Self-driven, result-oriented, and open to travel.
