Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. They will also lead and motivate the sales team, track performance metrics, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities to achieve sales goals
- Team Leadership and Collaboration experience to drive high-performance teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
- Understanding of the real estate market and trends is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
