Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Shrinithi Insurance Broking, located in Salem. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team, develop sales strategies, and foster relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strategic thinking and strong Leadership skills for managing and motivating teams
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records
- Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
