Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Erode. The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, manage a team, and ensure the attainment of business targets. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for tracking team performance, providing training and mentorship, and reporting on sales progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen and experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and networking
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with data analysis for sales performance tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Ability to work in an on-site environment in Erode and a willingness for local travel as needed
