Morakhia Copper & Alloys Pvt Ltd, part of the Shreenathji Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. Group, is a growing ISO-certified copper manufacturing company with advanced production facilities at Chhatral, Gujarat, engaged in manufacturing Copper Rods, Copper Tubes and Copper Flats for domestic and industrial markets.
As part of our expansion in the Copper Tubes segment across HVAC, refrigeration and engineering industries, we are looking for a performance driven Sales Manager who understands industrial product sales and can take ownership of territory development, customer acquisition and distributor network strengthening.
This role is ideal for professionals who build markets, develop long-term customer relationships and convert opportunities into sustained business growth.
🎯 Your Role Will Involve
• Developing business opportunities in Copper Tubes – HVAC, refrigeration and project segments
• Building and strengthening dealer and distributor networks
• Handling OEM customers, contractors and industrial buyers
• Converting enquiries into confirmed orders
• Coordinating with plant teams for smooth execution
• Tracking market movement, competitor positioning and demand trends
• Driving territory growth with ownership and accountability
• Building long-term customer relationships in industrial segments
Who Should Apply

✔ have experience in Copper Tubes / Copper Products / HVAC materials / Industrial metal sales
✔ understand project and distributor-based sales structure
✔ can independently develop business in assigned territory
✔ are confident negotiators with strong customer handling capability

Preference will be given to candidates already working in Copper Tubes or HVAC-related industrial sales segments.
