Role Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring proactive engagement with clients and team members to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
- Ability to lead teams effectively with strong Leadership and Communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting, and data analysis is preferred
