Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals. The role requires constant collaboration with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve organizational sales goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Strategy Development
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Negotiation Techniques, and Relationship Building
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Pipeline Management, and Reporting
- Understanding of the global trade and import/export landscape is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
