General Job Responsibility
- Drive sales and business growth for home loans and other financial products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with credit, operations, and legal teams.
- Manage collections and reduce delinquency in early due accounts (EDA), POT 30, and POT 90 cases.
- Lead a team of sales executives, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal reporting standards.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
Principal Accountabilities
Strategic
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments for expansion.
- Establish long-term relationships with real estate developers, DSAs, and financial partners.
- Ensure portfolio quality and mitigate risks through responsible lending practices.
- Contribute to the overall strategy of the cluster and align with organizational goals.
Tactical
- Plan and execute sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures.
- Develop and strengthen the sales pipeline by onboarding and engaging with channel partners.
- Monitor and improve loan conversion ratios and minimize processing turnaround time (TAT).
- Drive collections and recovery efforts for overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups on EDA, POT 30, and POT 90 cases.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with credit, legal, and operations teams for efficient loan processing.
- Monitor competitors offerings and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Supervisory
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Set performance benchmarks and monitor productivity at individual and team levels.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and skill development sessions for the team.
- Motivate and mentor team members to enhance performance and job satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements across all sales activities.
Specific Skills
