Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business growth, drive enterprise sales, and build long-term client relationships for Shelf Merch.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting, branding, merchandise, advertising, printing, events, or related industries. The role involves handling key accounts, generating new business opportunities, and leading the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for Shelf Merch
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Build relationships with HR, procurement, admin, marketing, and leadership teams across companies
• Identify opportunities for corporate gifting, onboarding kits, event merchandise, employee engagement programs, and branded merchandise stores
• Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Work closely with internal teams including production, operations, and design for smooth execution
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast business opportunities
• Develop key accounts and ensure repeat business from existing clients
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development
• Preferred industry experience:
o Corporate gifting
o Merchandise
o Printing & packaging
o Advertising & branding
o Event solutions
o Apparel or promotional products
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
• Ability to handle enterprise and mid-sized corporate accounts
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
