Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, maintaining a client database, creating customized travel solutions, and collaborating with the operations team to deliver outstanding customer service. The Sales Manager will also lead sales initiatives to enhance market presence and achieve business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in achieving and exceeding targets
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and client engagement
- Knowledge of travel and tourism industry trends, including international and domestic destinations
- Ability to create sales strategies, conduct market analysis, and identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relevant software including CRM tools and office productivity applications
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Experience in a travel agency, tourism, or hospitality industry is preferred
