We're hiring someone who doesn't wait for leads to come to them.
At Sharkify Technology, we built Shyra AI - an agent automation platform that helps Indian SMEs never miss a lead, auto-follow up customers, and close sales on autopilot.
We have the product. We have paying clients. Now we need the person who can take it to every salon, clinic, coaching center, and restaurant in Hyderabad.
📍 Role: Field Sales Executive — Shyra AI
📌 Location: Hyderabad (on-ground, not remote)
💼 Type: Full-Time
What you'll actually do:
→ Pick up the phone and call 40+ businesses a day
→ Walk into shops, clinics, salons and show them how Shyra works
→ Run live demos. Handle objections. Close deals.
→ Build your own pipeline and own your numbers
Who we're looking for:
✅ 2–4 years of B2B or field sales experience
✅ Has done cold calls and walk-ins before (not just inbound)
✅ Speaks Telugu + Hindi fluently
✅ Hyderabad based. Owns a bike.
✅ Hungry. Not comfortable. There's a difference.
What you'll earn:
💰 ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 fixed per month
💸 ₹500 – ₹2,500 commission per deal closed
🚀 No cap. Top performers take home ₹70k–₹80k/month.
We don't believe in capping what a good salesperson can earn.
