Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Sales Manager for our on-site location in Thane. The Sales Manager will oversee property sales activities and develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include building client relationships, providing market insights, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Managing negotiations, presenting recommendations to clients, and identifying opportunities for growth are also integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, with a focus on generating leads and closing deals
- Strategic planning, goal setting, and leadership abilities, including team management experience
- Proficiency in negotiation, client relationship management, and market analysis
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Experience or knowledge in the real estate industry is mandate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
