Position: Sales Manager โ Scholars Academy (Delhi)
Industry: Education (IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation Coaching)
Location: Delhi
CTC: โน8 LPA (โน5 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives)
Key Responsibilities:
๐ LEAD CONVERSION
- Convert leads generated through multiple channels including:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads
- School Workshops & Seminars
- Internal databases & raw data
๐ Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission/revenue targets.
๐ Revenue Generation:
- Drive higher conversions against assigned leads to maximize incentive earnings.
๐ Student Counseling & Sales:
- Guide students and parents regarding courses (IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation) and close admissions.
๐ Call Activity:
- Maintain a minimum talk time of 3.5 hours per day for lead engagement and follow-ups.
- School Engagement: Conduct and participate in school workshops
- Manage SIP (School Integration Programs) and institutional tie-ups
- Field Work:
- Regular visits to schools and partner institutions for seminars and promotions.

- Excellent communication and counseling ability

- Experience in education/coaching sales preferred
- Ability to work both on-field and inside sales
