Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves identifying market opportunities, training and mentoring sales teams, and maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Proficiency in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with an understanding of financial products
- Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and related regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
