Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Kolkata. In this full-time, on-site role, the Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations to achieve organizational targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing a dynamic team of sales professionals, monitoring sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to align sales goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Revenue Growth
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Management to foster long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in Team Leadership, Coaching, and mentoring.
- Exceptional Communication and Negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment to meet targets
- Knowledge of life insurance products is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a similar domain
