Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales efforts for the company’s power transmission products. This full-time, on-site role, based in India, includes identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis to identify new opportunities, managing a sales team, preparing reports, and collaborating with teams to provide tailored solutions to clients. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding SEPL's market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Experience in industrial products or power transmission components is highly preferred
- Knowledge of market analysis, competitive strategies, and industry trends
- Skills in effective communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Strong organizational and team management skills to lead sales teams effectively
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and conduct site visits
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields. MBA is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
